Located in the rolling Hills of Green County Wisconsin, our small Farm got its name from our oldest Son Seth. He used to chase our first generation of White Emden Geese through the barnyard.
In the meantime we are focusing our Energy on raising them and our other Animals as natural as possible with a wide pasture to roam. We believe that raising them as undisturbed as possible makes better meat, healthier off spring and for you, better flavor. While we do need to make money to survive, the welfare of our animals goes over profit.
In the past four years we have shifted our energy on raising more heritage hogs on pasture and experimented with success on cross breeding Mulefoot hogs with European hogs. The result are beauiful, very hairy, nature and wisconsin weather loving pigs. Our hogs are outside all winter long. Not matter how much snow, they are loving it.
Seth gave his name the Goose Chaser to his younger brother Samuel who is a scary 28 month now! Sam is not afraid of anything. He enjoyes the feedingtime of the pigs with me. loved dirt and waterpuddles like most healthy boys. Seth became the pigtrainer and helped me train the piglets with marshmallows. These days he is more into Pokemon and Bakugan though, what explains some of the names of our newer littlers. Like our new Breeding Boar "Drago" who was trained by Seth
