Fall Butchering
We are so excited to offer our prestigious Mulefoot and European Hog Meat Products to you this Fall. Our biggest butcherday this year is November 23rd. We will be processing at Avon Locker in Darlington. As a customer you have the option to pick up your meat there or we can arrange delivery to you.


We are trying to make the order of our Products simpler this fall. You have the option of purchasing 1/2 a hog or a whole hog or a sampler box.

Unless you specify your order the following list shows our standard items:
Ham:  German style cured Ham and comes whole bone in
Shoulder: Shoulder roasts will be cut in 3 to 5lb portions
Shanks: smoked and packaged together
Chops: will be cut 1 inch thick and packaged in two chops per package
Bacon: double smoked, medium thick sliced with average of 16 slices per lb.
Sausage: a combination of our classic signature Brat, Bologna and Summer sausage
Lard: rendered
Liver: available upon request.
Every customer is responsible for their portion of the butchering and processing Fee. This is to be paid directly to Avon. Meat can be held at the Locker for a minimal monthly Fee.

The shipping cost is the actual price of  the calculated weight of the quarter plus all the packaging including wrapping, dry ice and gel packs. To accomodate additional costs, for the 1/2 Hog an additional 30 dollars has been added to the price.
